Hair oils are always considered essential for haircare, but little do we know that some of them can actually damage the quality and texture of our hair. Let’s see which hair oils should be avoided and which are commonly used in the market.
Mineral oil does possess a lot of magic, but is it also disguised as white petroleum, paraffin, and paraffin wax that leads to build-up on the strands of the hair and makes it flat and dull?

Shea butter oil is not suitable for every hair scalp, as people with low porosity hair will need to fight with buildup, as the oil prevents the hair from getting the hydration it needs.
Many people use mustard oil on their scalp as well, which should strictly be avoided, as it leaves you with an irritated scalp and can also clog pores, especially for oily scalps.
