IIT JAM 2025 toppers announced: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has officially released the topper list for the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2025. The results, which were declared on March 18, 2025, highlight exceptional performances across seven subjects. Candidates from all over the country competed fiercely, with some securing top ranks in their respective disciplines. The full list of toppers can be accessed on the IIT JAM 2025 portal, jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
Among the standout achievers, Akshat Gupta secured the All India Rank (AIR) 1 in Physics, while Suvon Ghosh claimed the top position in Chemistry. Vikas Choudhary topped Mathematics, Tanish Gupta led in Biotechnology, and Aryan Chandra was the highest scorer in Economics. The announcement also brings attention to the increased cut-offs, especially in subjects like Chemistry, Economics, and Mathematics, reflecting the growing competition. Candidates who have qualified are now eligible to apply for admissions to MSc and other programmes starting April 2, 2025, through the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS).
