The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad or IIM-A) is a leading business school situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Recognized as one of the top Indian Institutes of Management, it received the designation of an Institute of National Importance from the Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India, in 2017.
Founded in 1961, IIM Ahmedabad provides master's programs in management and agribusiness management, along with a fellowship program and various executive education courses. Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad has been bagging the first rank in the Management category since 2020, it secured a second position in 2019.

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore or IIMB) is a renowned business school and an Institute of National Importance, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Established in 1973, it was the third of the first-generation IIMs to be founded, following IIM Calcutta and IIM Ahmedabad, forming the prestigious 'ABC' group of Indian business schools.
Created by the Government of India to promote excellence in management education, training, research, and consulting, IIM Bangalore has also played a mentorship role for newly established IIMs, including IIM Trichy in 2011 and IIM Visakhapatnam in 2015. IIM Bangalore has been securing a second rank since 2020 and had secured first rank in 2019.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode or IIMK) is an independent public business school located in Kozhikode, Kerala. Established in 1996 by the Government of India in partnership with the Kerala State Government, it is one of the 20 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and was the fifth to be founded.
IIM Kozhikode offers a comprehensive range of management education activities, including research, teaching, training, consulting, and intellectual infrastructure development. The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) is a public technology institute situated in Delhi, India. It is one of the 23 Indian Institutes of Technology established to serve as a Centre of Excellence for training, research, and development in the fields of science, engineering, and technology in India.
The institute was subsequently designated as an Institute of National Importance through the Institutes of Technology Amendment Act of 1963, gaining the status of a full university with the authority to determine its academic policies, administer its examinations, and confer its degrees. It secured a fifth rank in 2023, a fourth in 2022, and a fifth in 2021.

The Indian Institute of Management Indore (commonly referred to as IIM-I) is an autonomous public business school situated in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Established in 1996, IIM Indore is the sixth institution in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) network and was designated as an institute of national importance in 2017, alongside the other IIMs.
IIM Indore became the second IIM to achieve Triple Crown Accreditation, which signifies recognition from three prominent global accrediting bodies in management education: the Association of MBAs (AMBA, UK), the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB, USA), and European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), European Union. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is a public business school located in New Delhi, India, and is being proposed for designation as an Institute of National Importance by the Indian government. In addition to its New Delhi headquarters, IIFT has campuses in Kolkata and Kakinada.Established as a Centre of Excellence in International Trade and Business, it functions as an autonomous educational institution.
