Tom Brady's love life has received almost as much analysis as his football career. Brady married his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen in 2009, and they had two children: son Benjamin Rein Brady and daughter Vivian Lake Brady. The Brazilian supermodel was vocally supportive of her husband when he played for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but after Brady unretired from the NFL in March 2022, reports surfaced that the couple had been having issues for months.
As of now, in 2025, the former NFL star has reportedly 'reconnected’ with one of his old flames - Irina Shayk. So, while it might not be for long that Brady stays ‘single,’ let’s take a look back at the former NFL star’s dating history.

In 2002, Brady briefly dated Layla Roberts, who was named Playmate of the Month in October 1997. The model is now married to John Hilinski.

The University of Michigan alum reportedly had a fling with Tara Reid in 2002. The American Pie star didn’t share details on their time together, but she did allude to it being brief. When asked about Brady during a 2014 interview on Australia’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show, she replied, "[We] have kissed. He's pretty good-looking.”
Reid briefly touched on their romance again during a 2022 interview with NBC Sports Boston, saying, "I dated Tom Brady. He was a great guy. He's a really nice guy, a really sweet guy. We had a lot of fun."

In 2023, she gave more insight into their fling, telling Bustle they were seeing each other “on and off.” She explained, “It was nothing serious, but it was fun. We’d go to beer places and have fun and dance. He was cool. He’s all skinny now. He’s so serious. He used to laugh. When I watch his interviews, he’s so cocky now.”

Brady and Moynahan began dating in 2004. The actress, who has appeared in “Sex and the City,” “I, Robot” and “Blue Bloods,” dated the then-New England Patriots quarterback until December 2006.
Brady and Bridget’s first public outing came after Brady’s New England Patriots beat the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII — according to Sports Illustrated, the Sex and the City actress was the first to arrive at the victory party.
A rep for Moynahan told People at the time said, “[They] amicably ended their three-year relationship several weeks ago. We ask for your respect and consideration of their privacy,”.

Two months later, they stepped out together at the Ermenegildo Zegna flagship store opening in New York City, and from there, they were regularly supporting each other at events. High-profile red carpet outings included the 2004 premiere of I, Robot, Moynahan’s film with Will Smith, the 2005 Vanity Fair Oscars party and the 2006 Met Gala.
Brady told 60 Minutes' Steve Kroft in 2005, later deflecting a follow-up question about marriage, "I can be myself around her, and there's not many people I can be myself around. It's fun to be around your best friends who know you well, and she's someone that I consider one of my very best friends.”
After three years of dating, the couple announced their split in December 2006, with a rep for Moynahan telling PEOPLE they “amicably ended their three-year relationship several weeks ago.”
In February 2007, however, Moynahan discovered she was pregnant with Brady’s child. The Super Bowl champ had since started seeing future wife Bündchen.

Brady reflected on the moment he learned of Moynahan's pregnancy while speaking with Howard Stern in 2020, calling it “a very unique time” that “challenged me … to grow up in a different way.” He added, “It was very hard for [Bündchen] to think she fell in love with this guy, and then now this guy's ex-girlfriend's pregnant. And it was very challenging for my son's mom, you know, because she didn't envision that either.”
Brady and Bridget’s son, Jack Moynahan, was born on Aug. 22, 2007.
Although the public attention was overwhelming following their son's birth, Moynahan told PEOPLE in 2019 that she and Brady had since settled into co-parenting. She said, "Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together and we both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own. I don't think you can ask for more than that. My son is surrounded by love."

After Brady and Bündchen called it quits and finalized their divorce in 2022, the former NFL star and Kim Kardashian sparked dating rumors in the summer of 2023 after they were pictured together at Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July party.

The reality star poked fun at the speculation during “The Roast of Tom Brady” in May 2024, saying she would “never tell” the truth about their connection. Instead, Kardashian quipped that she would “just release the tape,” referencing her 2007 sex tape with Ray J.

Following Brady's divorce from Bündchen and a brief encounter with Kim K, there was much speculation about who the retired NFL player would date next. After several unconfirmed reports of rumored romances, Brady seemed to find sparks flying between him and Irina Shayk.
Brady and Shayk were first linked in late July 2023 when they were spotted looking cozy in Brady's car following an evening together.

An insider told PEOPLE that Brady and Shayk first started talking while attending billionaire art heir Joe Nahmad's wedding to model Madison Headrick in Sardinia, Italy, back in June.
As per Page Six, the retired NFL player picked Shayk up at Hotel Bel-Air in July before the pair returned to Brady's Los Angeles home on Friday night. The model was spotted leaving the next morning, and Brady later picked her up again on Saturday afternoon. Following the outing, a source told PEOPLE that the duo had spent the weekend together after Brady invited Shayk to "fly out and meet up in Los Angeles." The source went on saying, "They spent the night Friday and Saturday at a house" where Brady is staying, adding that "there is an attraction."
In August 2023, the rumored couple met up in London. They reportedly spent two days "holed up" together in The Twenty Two Hotel. A source told PEOPLE, "He is her dream guy. She loves dating him. They work around their schedules and meet up wherever they can. Irina doesn’t mind traveling to see him. She is very excited about their relationship.”
By the fall, a source told PEOPLE that the romance been Shayk and Brady had "fizzled" due to their busy schedules, but in December 2023, they were spotted together in Miami when stopping at a gas station.
As of now, in March 2025, while his ex, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, has recently been seen in a swimsuit after she gave birth to her third child in February - Brady too seems to have found love once again. The former American football quarterback and supermodel Irina Shayk are reportedly dating again. As per reports, the two have gotten back together.
According to Page Six, a source close to the pair revealed, “Tom and Irina have started dating each other again and are open to seeing where things go.”
