Farah Khan remembers chasing Abhishek Bachchan around his vanity van on 'Happy New Year' set

Farah Khan, who hasn't directed a film since 'Happy New Year' in 2014, has transitioned into a successful YouTuber. In her recent vlog, she caught up with Abhishek Bachchan, who is currently promoting 'Be Happy' alongside director Remo D'Souza. The meeting sparked nostalgic moments as Farah recalled her time working with Abhishek on 'Happy New Year'.

Khan fondly recalled a memory of Abhishek being a "naughty kid" on the set of 'Happy New Year'. She shared how he would playfully make her run around, even hiding in his vanity van. When she mentioned this to Remo, Abhishek humorously added that he did it because Farah needed the exercise.

Abhishek recalled a state dinner with the King of Morocco, where strict protocol was observed. However, Farah didn't follow these rules and even fell asleep at the table. The dinner was attended by notable guests like Alan Rickman. Abhishek and Boman Irani humorously tried to wake Farah by throwing bread at her face.

Bachchan's new film, 'Be Happy', is now streaming on Prime Video. His recent releases, including Shoojit Sircar's 'I Want to Talk' in 2024 and R Balki's 'Ghoomer'.

On the work front, Abhishek will next be seen in 'Housefull 5' alongside Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, among many others.
