Speculations are rife that Allu Arjun and director Atlee are likely to collaborate for an upcoming project. Earlier, reports hinted at Sivakarthikeyan being approached for a crucial role in the film. Additionally, names like Salman Khan, Rajinikanth, and Kamal Haasan were rumored to be in talks for roles. However, no official confirmation has been made regarding the project or its cast. Rumors about Sivakarthikeyan's involvement quickly gained traction on social media. However, close sources to the production team dismissed these claims through their interaction with India Today, clarifying that the project would not be a multi-starrer. Previously, there were talks that Atlee was in discussions to direct Salman Khan, but the project reportedly fell through due to scheduling and logistical challenges. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun, who was last seen in the blockbuster 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' directed by Sukumar, is riding high on its massive success as the film grossed over Rs 1,800 crore worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing film of his career. While Arjun was expected to team up with Trivikram Srinivas for his next, it now appears that Atlee’s project has taken precedence. Reports also suggest that music director Sai Abhyankkar has been signed for the film.

Atlee last delivered the blockbuster 'Jawan' with Shah Rukh Khan, and the 2023 Hindi film is his biggest hit to date. He is now focused on the pre-production of his next project, tentatively titled 'A6,' which is gaining significant industry attention.
