The duo have been alleged to date in the past, and a recent comment from the latter has added fuel to the dating rumours fire. On a recent online show, Raina shared details of past relationships and a forced breakup that have sparked the rumours all over again.
The former idol recently appeared in an episode of a popular online channel on a streaming platform titled ‘This Is Really the Final’. She attended the episode and shared more details about her life with the public. When she opened up about her past relationships and a ‘forced breakup’, fans started pointing out that the details and descriptions allegedly matched Hoshi, as shared by Pinkvilla.
Raina came on the show alongside former F-ve Dolls member Seo Eunkyo and EXID‘s Hyelin. When the topic of dating arose, Raina shared her experience of dating as an idol in the industry. She talked about how hard it was to date without phones and with everyone watching at all times and how tough it was to sneak around to meet. She then shared that her ex-boyfriend was also an idol and that both of them had no phones either, since a lot of idols are asked to give their phones away while training.
Fans started speculating online over whether the ‘no phone’ comment was about Hoshi or not. The dating rumours regarding the SEVENTEEN member and former F-ve Dolls member first started all the way back in 2016. The speculations started up again recently since Hoshi had only debuted a year before that and had not been allowed to use phones either. Raina did not confirm if she is still dating this person or someone else as of right now, and no confirmation regarding whether it was Hoshi has been shared either.
